Mar 18, 2026
Munich-based startup Heycare has secured four million euros in seed funding round. New investors will support the further expansion of the platform for employee assistance and corporate health services.
Outstanding custumer base - and value
Heycare's clients already include companies like Daimler Truck, Douglas, Vaillant, and VW Retail, according to the company. Founders Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle position their platform as a comprehensive offering for employee assistance and family services.
“We are delighted to have two strategically astute partners at our side in Scalehouse Capital and Swiss Post Ventures. As an already profitable company, it was important for us to find investors who share our vision. We made a conscious selection process and chose partners who can optimally support us in scaling our platform.”
explained Julia Kahle, Co-CEO and founder of Heycare.
Scalehouse Capital sees great potential in the business model of the Munich-based startup. Manuel Böhringer, Managing Partner at Scalehouse Capital, explains:
“Anna Schneider and Julia Kahle combine a clear vision for the future of employee assistance with impressive implementation skills. In a short time, they have built a strong customer base with Heycare and developed a product that creates real added value for companies.”
Holistic health for employees
Heycare was founded in 2022 under the name Heynanny and has since evolved from a specialized care provider to a comprehensive Healthcare providers. Today, it bundles various services related to employee assistance and family support.
The platform connects people with care needs, including those requiring care and pets. This helps the company support its employees in better balancing their work and private lives. At the same time, companies benefit from reduced absenteeism.
In addition to support services, Heycare places a strong emphasis on preventative mental health measures. Users gain access to training, webinars, and anonymous one-on-one consultations with psychologists. Since the beginning of 2026, the platform has also integrated the Urban Sports Club sports and wellness network. This allows corporate clients to access additional exercise and health-related offerings and create a comprehensive health ecosystem for their employees.
